Delivery Times and Rates
PMA Solutions Ltd will personally deliver your purchase
to your home or office within 7 days of receipt of your order.
We will call you to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.
We deliver free of charge to the UK mainland (Scotland, England,
Wales).
There is a charge to Northern Ireland and the Islands (Isle
of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis, Orkney,
etc.) depending on the value of the product. In general, this
is likely to be between £50 and £100. Please contact us for
a quote - we'd be delighted to hear from you.
Free delivery only applies to deliveries made Monday to Friday.
We can deliver most items on a Saturday morning (before 1.00pm)
for which there is a £50 charge.
For security reasons, we can only deliver credit card orders
to the cardholder address only.

All we kindly ask is that the product is returned in its
original condition you received it in, and that its in the
original, undamaged packaging.
We will arrange to collect it from you - which incurs a
collection charge - so you won't have the trouble of arranging
for its return. This collection charge simply covers the
cost of the collection service we use and no profit is made

purchase as our way of saying thanks for giving us a try.
The 10-Day Money Back Guarantee starts from
the day you receive the goods.
Refund requests must be made in writing, via
e-mail or by post, and must be received within the 10-day
period.
The goods on collection by us should be in the
same condition in which they were sold to you and repacked
into the box/packaging they arrived in. If the returned goods
are not properly repackaged by you we may levy a 9% repacking/restocking
charge.
In practice we have had very few returns and
only a fraction of them are charged this fee. Please note
though that if returned goods are in such a condition that
costs are incurred to repack and ready the product for sale
then the 9% may apply.
Refunds will be credited back within 30 days
of the cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: The
Money Back Guarantee applies only to orders for black chairs.
Massage chairs in other colours are special orders, so the
Money Back Guarantee does not apply to these. The Money Back
Guarantee does not apply to purchases made on finance owing
to the '14 day cooling off period'.

Returns
In the event that you wish to return your purchase during
your first 10 days, please call us on 0800 8 81 82 83 to arrange
a suitable date and time for collection.
Please do not attempt to return any of our larger products
using the post or a courier service. By using us to collect
the item, you eliminate the risk of damages when using other
services, for which a damage charge would be incurred in such
instances.
There is a £75 return charge on massage chairs.
Why impose this return charge? It's simple:

Should you decide to return your purchase then our charge
will be considerably less than if you were to use the
post or a courier service. We do not make a profit from
this. It merely covers the labour and administrative costs
involved. This saves you time, effort and high costs when
returning your purchase.
- It deters those who wish to try our products for 10 days
under our Money Back Guarantee but who are not seriously
considering purchasing our products. By eliminating wasted
time, effort and expense, we can better serve you with the
first-class and personalised service that you can expect.

Parts and Labour
Guarantee
All of our products carry at least a one
year manufacturer's parts and labour guarantee. If you receive
any item that is faulty, contact us by phone or e-mail and
we'll be happy to provide an exchange or refund if a suitable
replacement cannot be found.
If faulty within the guarantee period,
we will send an engineer to repair the product at our cost.
Upholstery is not covered under the warranty.
This in no way affects your statutory
rights.
VAT Policy
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT
at the prevailing rate. (Currently 17.5%)
Title of Goods
Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser
until the goods are paid for in full.
Quality and Use of Equipment
We make every effort to ensure that the
products marketed by us are of the highest quality. We are
governed by the manufacturer's ability to provide the quality
of product. There are times when this may be beyond our control.
We make every effort to ensure that the purpose for which
the product is advertised is the correct one. Equipment must
at all times be used in conjunction with the manufacturers
instructions, please read carefully before use.
The products we sell have many health
benefits and greatly enhance the quality of life for the vast
majority of people. If however, you are pregnant, have undergone
major surgical procedures, or suffer from any pre-existing
medical conditions we recommend that you first consult your
